However, if you suffer from gum recession or the space between your teeth is more than normal, you will benefit from using a flat and wide dental tape. If the space between your teeth is normal, you should use Gore-tex, a thin floss that is quite easily available in the market. If you find flossing troublesome, you should most certainly use a gore-tex as it is quite simple to use.
